The next step is to lure those businesses to western Maryland.

The school said Friday in a statement that the study was ordered by the city of Frostburg, with support from the university and the Appalachian Regional Commission.

Frostburg. More bars, per capita, than any other town in America. What are all those college grads going to do after graduation, work as bartenders? I guess that mixology class is going to pay off, after all.

Gee, I thought they already had shoe stores and Starbucks there? Guess their arrival will help the grads get out of the basement a few hours per week.
