During a lively discussion centered on fears that President Trump is "trying to undermine the media," MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski let slip the awesome unspoken truth that the media's "job" is to "actually control exactly what people think."

It's not working for the majority of people.
I for one have totally stopped watching the mainstream media outlets.
I watch local news, but even the local news are starting to report anti-Trump propaganda.

Been trying to influence our minds for way too long. They forget that the internet is more influential now than print or TV media.
The Force has awoken and ready to fight back.
John McCain accused Trump of going down the road of Dictatorship by attempting to control the media. This is a prime example of who is trying to control people by mind control? This exactly what Hitler, Russia and China operated / operates on. Where is McCain now running his mouth? I forgot he was on one of those "fake news" channels so he can't go against his buddies.
And the shame of it is, it works on too many people, especially around here. They watch WBOC and believe every thing that comes out of their mouths. Heck, you can't even believe the weather man on there.
It's one thing to hope for the best but you HAVE to check other sources and do your homework. Unless you like living in a land where unicorns fart rainbows.
The media takes advantage of the ignorant.
