Scrapple should also be pan fried! So many restaurants are deep frying it these days

Yep scrapple should always be served pan fried until crisp with a shake of pepper and on stick to the roof of your mouth fresh white bread.

I work for a company that cleans up after disasters and other incidents that involve bio fluids, so obviously i'll be at James M Bennett all weekend to get that mess cleaned up

Rappa is the best scrapple! I like to pan fry mine, but I like it just crisp on the edge and soft in the middle. Nothing better than a good scrapple and jelly sandwich.

My family won't be home for Christmas this year so I'm alone this year. But, I will go to church service, give praise and come home and watch the Christmas Story with all my fur babies and give them their present to open. Believe me, they each know their own package. I don't know how they know, but they do! It's fun to watch them. Just like human kids!!

I honestly did not realize that scrapple was deep fried in restaurants ever.That's good to know.

Scrapple's main ingredient is liver and fat.

I don't do liver.

Or okra.
