Cornell University students respond to Donald Trump’s win with ‘Cry In’

There was much weeping and gnashing of teeth at Cornell University on Wednesday, as students at the Ivy League college responded to Donald Trump’s shocking general election victory by holding a “Cry In” on campus.

Approximately 30 students took part in the event, which was furnished with poster boards, markers and chalk for students to express their emotions about the president-elect.

A video posted by the Cornell Daily Sun shows students huddling to keep warm on the chilly afternoon in Ithaca, New York. A barista appears to be passing around hot chocolate.

“I’m quite terrified, honestly,” one student says in the video, which was first reported by the College Fix. “It’s saying that people are really given into fear-mongering. They are willing to put people down based on their identity just so that they would feel vindicated that they would be getting rid of ‘Crooked Hillary.’ “

Now I know why these immature cry babies are not called "Young Adults". Years ago a young person leaving home / going to college where referred to as a "Young Adult". They took winning as well as defeat and learn from it and used the results as a learning experience. Now they just whine, cry, and riot. What a pathetic generation that wants everything given to them free and it always has to be their way. This also tells you a lot about the adults involved.

I always thought a college education was supposed to prepare a person to be sucessful in life, what the hell is wrong with these kids and especially the parents that send their kids to schools like that.A cry-in give me a break what the hell are they going to do when ISIS starts beheading people right here in America and it is going to happen.

Mom and Dad sue for your money back, because your children have not learned anything useful for their life beyond you. (map)

You know these college kids are just as bad as these damn professional sports players and coaches and movie actors and singers....NEVER WORKED FOR A DAMN THING!!! Make millions of dollars per year out OF THE WORKING MANS POCKETS.....look at ticket prices!! Yet they believe we give a damn about their opinion....these cities need to take control of this rioting, nothing peaceful about it. Police need to put it down immediately by whatever means necessary!

It looks like we have lost an entire generation of college graduates.
There will be a drought of scientific discoveries and advancements due to the politicizing of academia

$63,000 per year for in-state tuition, fees, room & board on campus. A quarter million $$ for four years, plus Kleenex, weed, speed and beer.

The parents, and the college have all failed these sissy babies. Maybe they need to be given pacifiers and diapers which seems more suitable to these babies. This is a strong indication that when faced with a real life problem, these babies will cave and turn to mush. Instead of college, they all need visits with shrinks.

obama's and hillary's legacy to the youth of this country. Obviously all these kids have had too much dope because their brains (if any) or minds are blown to hell.

This is how the school system taught them.... Everybody gets a trophy just for being there....no one ever looses....this is how the DIAPER GENERATION was raised..

You people did this! Every day you can see parents sitting their cars/suv at the entrance to every development waiting for their precious darlings to get off the bus. Heaven forbid that kids had to walk 50-100 yards to their house.
