All that military grade hardware, chopper and dog but still out run by a 50yo woman who I guessing is not the poster child for healthy eating and exercise.

She's a career criminal alcohol drug abuser. It is pretty sad when MSP, WCSO and such cant apprehend someone like this. Like it was stated all the top of the line technology, both weapon and vehicles plus I'm sure several involved are prior military or reservist, it's disgraceful

I don't think anyone, including judges, can foresee what anyone will do in the future. Judges make decisions on cases that are in front of them at the time.

Since when is a Tahoe military grade? Since when is the state police helicopter mostly used for saving lives a military vehicle? Typical liberal that hates authority figures because you want to commit crimes.

Don't be ridiculous and don't be an excuse maker and an enabler for the incompetent judiciary. It's called recidivism and anyone and most certainly judges should be aware that offenders most often will repeat and usually the crimes end up more violent and serious.
