BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby has deleted a photo she tweeted Tuesday morning of her ballot, according to our media partners at The Baltimore Sun.
Maryland bans electronic devices in polling places except for the media, and even media members aren’t allowed to photograph a ballot that shows how someone is voting, the Associated Press reports.
A lot of attention came to the issue this year after Justin Timberlake got in trouble last month in his native Tennessee for taking a photo of his ballot.
He later addressed the controversy during an appearance on “The Tonight Show,” telling host Jimmy Fallon he thought he was inspiring people with the picture and “had no idea” it was illegal.

She broke the law, here's the proof, she needs to be arrested and convicted ASAP!
A States Attorney had to know that this was illegal
And she IS a state's attorney? God help us!
In her defense I'm sure she has NO IDEA it was illegal either. :)
2:08 As the SA for the City of Baltimore she should have familiarized herself with all the election laws pre election. If any problems within the city during voting it would be her office that would have investigated. She should know the laws. Even if she thought she knew them a competent SA would have reviewed them again and prior to any elections held in the city.
If it was you and me we would face charges!
She is just plain stupid. Only got voted in office because is black.
@1:32
Trump's son did the same thing on Twitter also. Should he be arrested too?
Like HilLAIRy incompetent and believes she's above the law.
Justin Timberlake was already called out for doing just this. The "phones off" sign was clearly posted in my polling place. Why do liberals think they are above the law?
Democrats aren't stupid, but they like to think that everyone else is.
3:59 depends on what the state laws are. But anyway don't be ridiculous. As the SA she should have known MD election laws backwards and forwards yesterday but we already saw she is an incompetent product of affirmative action.
Not all states have laws against it, Maryland does!
What? Trump's son should be treated differently?
359 the post is about a top Maryland states attorney but of course being a liberal you made it about someone else. Your way of thinking and passing BLAME is why Clinton lost
@5:21 different states = different laws...

New York state law makes it a misdemeanor for one person to show their completed ballot to another person.
Virginia allows selfies in polls.
She just cannot get out of her own way. BYE FELICIA!
Neither one was in VA.
