The difference between caring and not giving a damn about anyone but yourself.
How about the governor of LA asked Obama NOT to come so all resources could be focused on recovery.
This is the "true" Obama. He is the puppet for the leftist progressive movement for the hope and change of the U.S.A. Hillary is more of the same. "At this point what difference does it make"! Trump was not my first choice but I have to tell you I think his challenge to the African American community of what do you have to lose will go down as one of the best quips of all time. Let's see if they accept the challenge.

Yep class and ghetto. The Bushes are a class act and the Obama ghetto and you can take them out of the ghetto but you can never take it out of them. Look at that "mother" of Obama. Pure filth. Running around making babies and dumping it off on grandparents who were so nasty themselves couldn't raise the daughter properly. This is why he is evil and a liar and has not done one positive thing his entire life. God will not be good to him or those who continue to support him. Bad bad people.
Let's be fair to Dear Leader...he was on the ground checking for water hazards and to see if any homeless were stranded on the course. No wonder he's held in such high esteem!
