Preliminary Cause:  Accidental, spontaneous combustion of cleaning cloths that were recently laundered and placed inside a plastic trash bag.
Additional Information: Fire sprinkler system activated and extinguished the fire prior to the fire department arrival.

That's two fires in the last couple of months with the same origin. Those chemicals stay in the cleaning cloths even though they're laundered, and the vapors accumulate when they're stored in an airtight environment, waiting for an ignition temperature to be reached.
