The new rule—which was finalized back in May–will affect those trying to buy e-cigarettes under the age of 18.
“The rule will also allow the FDA to evaluate the ingredients in these additional tobacco products, how the products are made and their potential impact on public health,” said Dr. Robert Califf, FDA commissioner.

Why not just outlaw ecigs? They do cause death just as tobacco does.

Thank you Big Pharma and Big Tobacco for paying the FDA to kill something that was saving peoples lives, increasing their health, and cutting into your profits.
Question - does this now mean no vaping in stores? Since it is regulated by the FDA and now grouped with tobacco products.
