Apparently the subject ingested a large amount of drugs during a drug bust. No foul play is suspected.
The black male subject was approximately 40 years old.
Ocean City Fire/EMS were unable to revive the subject. He was pronounced deceased at Atlantic General Hospital.

Joe Albero you are exactly right. There isn't a racist bone in anyone who is a faithful follower of this blog. Well this is certainly NOT the OCPDs fault! He swallowed the drugs, therefore he killed himself! I'm sorry his life is gone and his family will be upset, but there's no one to blame but him! :(

A person is having trouble breathing and you should immediately administer Narcon after 2 hours in the booking area. Sounds like you flunked out of Med. school, or like others blame the OCPD for the person's bad judgement.
That's what I was saying. Why didn't the give him narcan.
How does anyone even know if narcan wasn't administered. It doesn't work all the time and it only works on opiates. The PR says other narcotics besides heroin were found on him.
