This is a direct outcome from LBJ's "Great Society" bill. It has destroyed the Black American (inner city) family. Just remember, it is a lie constantly being told that Democrats care about Black Americans.

That takes responsibility
Unfortunately most blacks (and I say MOST and mean MOST since MOST (approx 85% vote democrat) don't want to face and confront this absolute truth. They would rather blame, make excuse and tell lies about the real and ONLY reason why their race hasn't progressed anywhere near as well as others. There is NO hope for them until they decide they are going to start being honest and tackle this major problem.
The welfare state continuing to give more and more money for more and more illegitimate children is contributing to the downfall of the black family unit. The fathers can go out and sell drugs to pay for their bling and live with the girlfriends that are collecting welfare and food stamps!
