So your not sure or cant prove it so instead you'll arrest him for being a national security threat. Anything to lock this guy up huh? Sounds like a target was on this guy and aimed at by police! Once they want you theyll get you!
If he is here illegally than that is a crime and he needs to be deported in the very least.
