That price looks about right unless you see something I don't.Another $25,000 might make it livable.I certainly wouldn't want more than $35,000 wrapped up in it.
Hey jake day make sure when you do your rejuvenation at the marina and such come on down another block or two and you can get with the new owner and open another bed and breakfast
I agree with 2:24 20-50 no one checks no one cares. The only time the city knows how many residents are living in a house is when it burns and they are on the news telling how many need somewhere to live. We don't have a clue, only the neighbors know, people are in sheds, garages etc this is real for Salisbury. When they were passing out smoke detectors, or talking to residents about voting a few questions wouldn't hurt.
In case you haven't noticed - there are abandoned homes everywhere. Not only in the City of Salisbury but also throughout Wicomico County. So many abandoned homes - Mt. Hermon Road leading from Powellville to Salisbury, Abandoned homes in Pittsville, Willards, Parsonsburg - all along Old Ocean City Road. There are abandoned homes everywhere.
I have lived here all my life and never witnessed the shear number of abandoned homes - EVER!!!.
Salisbury and Wicomico County should apply for Federal Disaster Aid - and if any local deserves it - it is Wicomico County.

Yeah, but Bob Culver and John Cannon thinks it's a better idea to spend $1 Million of our hard earned tax dollars that per year on and entitlement scholarship program. This County can not afford that stupid Scholarship. Bunch of idiots!

You've lost your mind if you think college kids will move to Delaware Avenue. Show me one house in that area where white college students live.
