PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman reports that officers responded to the wooded area behind Food Lion here on Sunday, June 5 to investigate a report of a deceased person being located.
Police were able to identify the person as Tiffany Huang Moisan, 48, from Kemp Nursery Road, located near Princess Anne. She had been reported missing her family on June 4.
Moisan’s body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. “Although there was no apparent signs of foul play, this incident remains under investigation pending results from the autopsy,” the chief stated in a prepared news release.
Moisan worked at the Wallops Flight Facility for more than 15 years. Previously she worked at the University of California, and went to school at Texas A&M, earning her Ph.D. at Scripps Institution of Oceanography.

An odd death. Autopsy should be done.

Poor dear. I just saw her on base not too long ago. He husband must be taking this terribly. My condolences to the Moisan family.
She was found in the woods behind Food Lion and they don't think foul play is involved?
6:53- my thoughts exactly!!
So sad...!
isn't being found behind a grocery store in the woods a bit strange? No apparent signs of foul play, give me a break here.
What did she know that would make this happen is what I want to know.
Being found behind the grocery store .... So what did she walk there? That's why she needs autopsy done ... Princess Anne police Somerset Seriffs and State suck down here. Where are the real detectives at... The first 48 hours are crucial
Right I just find this a bit odd... So where was her car how did she get there. She did not come off Nursey road to go in the woods... Something is fishy .. It don't sound right.... And nobody from food lion seen anything... This is just to hard to figure out but trust... It will come out
right 6:41
meant 6:31
they didn't say they don't think they said THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF FOUL PLAY... two different things smh. 6:53 and 7:10
Her car was found in the parking lot.
I heard her death may have been self inflicted. Very tragic any way you look at it.

You are correct and it seems 611 has company, right 11:24 PM?
Suicide is not "foul play." I can read between the lines.
I'm pretty sure you solve all the crimes on CSI and Law and Order.
Keep up the good work Watson.
Please be sensitive. This young woman was married, had two children, was an outstanding scientist, and she suffered for more than a decade with a serious and sometimes debilitating chronic illness. This is heartbreaking.
She shopped at food lion.... That is odd
2016 will go down in history as the most deaths that we've seen in a long time...
I'm going vigilante on this one,but first I'll give LE a chance.
No matter the circumstances God Bless her family so sad.
