Overshadowed by President Barack Obama’s full-throated endorsement of Hillary Clinton, former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley on Thursday also announced his support for the former secretary of state.
“For the future of the country we carry in our hearts, I am committing my energies to the election of Secretary Clinton as the next President of the United States,” O’Malley said in a statement. “Democrats, Independents and Republicans alike must come together to confront the fascist threat to our democracy presented by Donald Trump.”
O’Malley, who suspended his campaign in February following a dismal showing in the Iowa caucuses, congratulated Clinton on winning a “hard-fought nomination process” while also crediting Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders “for waging an exciting campaign focused on important progressive issues about which so many of us care so deeply.”

Neither mean nothing...no one likes either of them.
birds of a feather
clear choice my @ss.
To endorse Hillary requires a total lack of character. Easy for a Democrat politician.
Martin who?
No one cares what O'Malley or Obama say, but Hillary will win by cheating and law-breaking, as usual.
His nest is feathered as long as he supports Obama's agenda. We have in our midst a huge conflict of interest masquerading as a government.I long for a world where the only self benefit to anyone is doing the RIGHT thing & not what benefits the decision makers only.
I knew he was an ass, now I'm sure of it.
Who cares what he thinks! He was a terrible governor and he should just go somewhere and stay out of the spotlight; of course, I know that's not what he'll do.
Wonder what she has promised him. He does nothing unless there is something in it for him. What a POS!!!!
We're still trying to recover from the O'Malley years as governor and we're expected to listen to him about his pick for president? I don't think so.
Does he really think his endorsement matters? People just don't like this guy or his policies. Even Clinton should run the other way. I guess he wants a position if she wins. Maybe he can be head of the IRS since he likes taxes so much.
