Esteysi “Stacy” Sanchez, 29, pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Vista Superior Court to charges offelony driving under the influence, felony hit-and-run and gross vehicular manslaughter.
Deputy District Attorney Aimee McLeod said Sanchez was given a sobriety test two hours after the crash that showed her blood alcohol level was about .18, or more than twice the legal limit. She saidthe victim — later identified as 69-year-old Jack Ray Tenhulzen — was hit so hard that part of his clothes came off the body.

Doesn't it appear that no matter what age or gender, these illegals have no moral standards?
The illegals are lacking social skills and break any law that is in their way.
This is not how we Americans were raised, most were taught to respect people and property.
No matter what "party" you represent, why are we allowing such unwanted change to our homeland society.
I for one will give Trump a shot, just for that one reason because the other female candidate has never shown any concern with this problem with all her years of experience.
This is what comes to my mind when there is a corpse hanging out of a windshield while easing down the road with a beverage.

Plus, when you seen a charge of anything, take a peek at the name.
Key word here could be illegal, if the subject is illegal, the subject should not be here.
And if the subject were not here, the corpse would not be in the windshield.
Yes, I do think this is primarily about her being illegal.
It's about rushing these people into our country from a third world nation and giving them money and a license...And expecting them to behave accordingly.
How many more Americans have to be killed by illegals before the liberals realize you cannot just open borders to allow anyone in!
Several years ago, a white US citizen hit an African-American man and injured him severely. She drove home with him attached to her car and left him in her garage. He was still alive; she left him to die in the garage. Her trial was televised on Court TV. Trash is trash, regardless of origin.
Her being illegal is one matter.
The other matter is her driving drunk, something she chose to do, falling asleep, waking up after she hit & killed this poor man, out walking, minding his own business. She needs to be tried for homicide, it will probably be dropped down to a lesser offense. Her choice was drinking too much, while it can't be construed as intentional homicide, it should be considered premeditated once she was behind the wheel and started the engine.
Each person MUST take responsibility for their actions.
