This broken down into laymen terms means as long as manure, pesticides and other chemicals are not put on top of the Paleo channel in massive amounts, which with present laws and monitoring BMP's in place, it's a non-issue!

So as a taxpayer I/we just paid Hynes & Associate's who knows what to tell us to take our concerns over this matter to the state permitting depts for this type type of operation...DUH !

Hexane from soybean extraction in the air. Ferric chloride and aluminium chloride along with polyacrylamides used to produce the sludges sprinkled on the shore from rendering and processing plants. Yep. All is fine. What kind of cancer rates on the shore? But the water tastes good, just not good for you.
Everything gets dissolved in the universal solvent water. Do your own research. Gooberment paid for this report.Seems a little one sided to me.

Waste of our money trying to further justify what was stated at Poultry Forum. If the opposition doesn't like it, they need to go to the US Government and State with their complaints. Culver doesn't need to keep trying to convince them. It is bigger than a county problem.

10:33 you worry to much the proven facts are as follows nobody makes it out of here alive! Cancer rates are high everywhere even places where the don't grow chickens. Also for those that sh*t in the City of Ireton/SBY those in the county are tired of having your "processed" waste spread all over the farmlands of the westside of Wicomico county. Think about it white tractors pulling silver tankers, a gold big agri-tired rig knifing it into the ground 5 days a week. Most recently northeast corner of Nanticoke Rd. & Levin Dashield Rd. There now you can champion a real cause about a real problem!

They told us nothing.
MED drew up the management plan .DUH
So you know they are going to say it is adequate.
The county who is saying all will be ok is the same county that said the rubble fill was to be closed properly. Ever check just how properly it was done. The manure may be a moot point when the pollutants from that begin to leech through. THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR RULES FOLKS.

They are going to have this chicken ranch regardless of anything brought up or whatever proof is presented. This is a big waste of time to speak up or fight this ranch. The real test will be how many people will volunteer to ride by this site and check what is going on on a daily basis.

I do not believe there has ever been a study to examine the leaching that occurs through the dirt floor of a poultry house. No test wells studied over the course of several years etc. I did hear that the U of D proposed one years ago, and the pressure from the big poultry companies caused them to shelf the study. Anyone out there know if this research has ever been done? And without this research, how can the State Wastewater Dept. know what is truly going down into the ground water.

Were they PAID for this "study"?? Sounds like just so much BS to me... If we rely upon current "regulations", we're done for..
