An Agent from the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement recently received a report that a person in the Georgetown area was manufacturing the cards at his residence.
These cards were reported to be of identical design to those being issued by the Delaware Department of Motor Vehicles.
Agents later identified Pascual V. Perez-Domingo of Shady Rest Lane in Milton as a suspect after an undercover purchase of the cards.
On May 5th,, agents executed a search warrant at Perez-Domingo’s residence.

I'm confident the government will find a way to let this guy loose. After all, why stop now. They seem to want to drop charges on everyone else whose caught red handed. Why should this be an exception? I have no confidence in this government or that thing it calls a justice system. Justice for who? Certainly not the victims of crime.
So how many illegals does everyone think he has helped slip through our cracks?
Anyone want to guess that the name he was charged under is a fake name? His wife will bail him out and they will use other fake ID's to continue this scam in another area of the state.
That's the dude from PC-matic.
