The Humane Society of Somerset County Needs Donations As Well

The somerset county animal control also received 27 dogs from this puppy mill that was found in Wicomico County. They are also in need of donations, Clorox wipes, detergent, bleach, puppy pads, dog food (dry and wet) and cleaning supplies they are also in need of doggie sweaters size medium. Also found out they are in need of a dryer that's electric for the care of all these pups. They are open 8 am - 4pm if you need to drop off after or before you can place items by front door. If anyone can't go to drop off stuff please contact me and I am willing to gather stuff and go to drop off while they are open. Well, since all the donations are coming in through Wicomico, and I'm told they are asking for storage cubes to be donated to store the excess, one would think Wicomico needs to share the wealth, not just the expenses.

Of course, that would make sense. And, Wicomico Humane Society would have to share the wealth! Selfish bastions should be expediting this ASAP instead of turning this into a cash cow.

I agree 6:26. That place totally disgusts me after hearing the Dorchester county official reached out to the Wic Humane Society and informed them of the potential these people had for neglecting their dogs. I am not saying everyone there is responsible but certainly anyone whose been there for the past 7 years as board member, director or paid staff. They are as guilty of the abuse as the dog owners are.
What's something is so many of this blogs followers have been saying for years how bad that humane society was and now it's been proven.

Somerset County will be getting some of the donations from Wicomico county.

It's something how the Humane Society of Wicomico county hasn't acknowledged publicly that the Humane Society of the United States is picking up the veterinary bills for the surrendered dogs.

As stated above:
"Selfish bastions should be expediting this ASAP instead of turning this into a cash cow."

My thoughts exactly.

Copied directly for the HSUS's Puppy Mills Campaign Facebook on their post about the 300+ dogs removed from the Wicomico Co home.

The HSUS will be assisting with their veterinary care."
