Ringo Starr has been lauded by generations of rock drummers as being one of the best. A person need only listen closely to Beatles' recordings to hear how innovative he was while with the band.
The band did a wise thing in letting Pete Best go in favor of Ringo.
How cool! Ringo is still a suave wit and terrific drummer even at the age of 73.
