Maryland voters: your chance to cast your ballot is coming up faster than you may think.
WASHINGTON — Maryland voters: Your chance to cast your ballot is coming up faster than you may think.
While the primary is set for April 26, early voting begins April 14 and runs through April 21.
If you need to register for the first time, or you’re thinking about changing your party affiliation, you’ll have until Tuesday to get that done.
There’s also a new way to vote. Maryland has dumped its touch screens. Instead, you’ll be casting a paper ballot. The change is the result of 2007 legislation calling for ballots that could provide a paper trail.
Elections officials say that while it’s great that you’re psyched about voting for the candidate of your choice, you can’t take selfies in the voting booth or in the room where the voting’s taking place.

I do an absentee ballot which I requested 3/21/16 still have not received it yet.
205 you may need to lean on them. They're required to comply. Keep calling until you get it and if gets too close to the election, start complaining to the Chiefs Judges. This election voters will have to be more diligent and proactive.
With early voting making it so much easier I don't understand why more people don't vote. The percentage that participate is shameful.
I have to sit it out as an independent in md
3:06, that's your own fault. Change to R or D so you can at least vote for a better candidate or against a horrible one. At least put yourself in a position to be in the game in SOME way. You can still vote for your Independent candidate in the General.
I think you can do that tomorrow, still. HURRY!
I sure hope voters will vote differently this time!
TRUMP!
I was an independent too. This election is so important if you want to save your country. You have time to register as a republican hopefully!!! If you don't you are giving your vote away.
