A Viewer Writes: What happened to Delmarva On Line?
Seems like they are out of business with no notice to customers (again). It happened about a year ago for 2-3 days. This time, it looks like it is for good.
Publishers Notes: I am receiving numerous messages from their customers wondering why this Draper business refuses to answer any calls. Some customers have stated they paid a year in advance and they have no access.

Delmarva Online hasn't been owned by Draper in years. When his daughter divorced, the ex-husband Robert Russell bought it. I believed it had gone out of business over a year ago. Just some email accounts happened to still work, but no business behind them to support them.
When an ISP does this it can be very troublesome for their customers. Way back when CCISP was in business here in Salisbury I had an account with them and used their email service. They suddenly closed down without any notice and my email no longer worked. I had many online accounts that were tied to that CCISP email address and there were a few that I could not retrieve because when I tried to change the email they wanted to send a verification to the old email address to which I could not reply.
It was very frustrating and I feel for those Delmarva online customers. Sadly though the writing was on the wall for a very long time regarding Delmarva online and people should have migrated from their service long ago.
So where is Delmarva Online? How are you suppose to get up with them? I have left messages for several days, yet no one has honored their word, as stated on their record message, that they would call us back. What a mess?

Delmarva leader this, Delmarva leader that. None of them lead much of anything.

The merging of old and new technology.
Who still uses dial-up anyway?
The same people that hold up the checkout line writing checks and watch movies on VHS tapes.
