Toyota Promises Automatic Braking Will Be Standard In Most Models By 2017
Just days after automakers and federal regulators reached a deal that would make forward-collision warning and automatic emergency braking standard in vehicles by 2022, Toyota says it’ll do one better — make these safety features standard years ahead of schedule.

good to know since toyota already got the automatic acceleration part down!
So if I don't want a car that stops on its own whenever I do a tight maneuver I'll have to buy a different brand car? I want a car that I do the driving in!

It will not be long before the car will do it all and report back to your Dear Leader so that you can be charged for mileage driven.
Soon to come will be GPS speed limit control, too. I'll invent the replacement ECM that takes all the government controls out and make millions!

it's drivers like you that NEED gov't controls.
If people would drive like they had some sense and courtesy none of this would be necessary or wanted.
I will not pay to have these nanny state devices in my car!
