Ocean City Today Newspaper Following In The Same Footsteps As The Daily Times
Ocean City Today newspaper is putting their office building (which is just a converted single-family home on Coastal Highway) up for sale. The list price, $699,900.00!
It is not looking good for print media any more. Long Live SBYNews.com.

What am I now going to light my charcoal grill with?
Shame, it was the only local paper that was credible. I wonder if their merely selling their real estate, and moving the operation to the County like everyone else.
Okay, look, the paper doesn't own the building. Stewart and John Dobson own it outright, all paid for, etc. and lease it to the paper. The paper has a five-year lease, which was renewed for this year, and has to be honored if the building is sold. If it isn't sold, that's fine too.' As for print media being dead, I think it's a little too early to be making funeral plans. This past year was very kind to Ocean City Today and most of its print competitors, as far as I can tell. Now about papers being sold, if there are any for sale, I'm listening.

I think some people are in fact "looking for print media" but there is none to be found!
Do they have a matching pair of the house? I will buy it on my McDonald's Pay Scale, and get out of Section 8 here in Da-Bury
That is one ugly building.

They are merging with the dispatch according to Steve Green.
Steve Green claims he is under contract to buy them out.
They actually did a very nice job with the high school sports and local happenings.
FYI it's been for sale since October.
Pity they can't take that POS rag they keep throwing in my Wicomico County driveway with them.
they can name their new paper The Liberal Jim Times!
