When I'm shopping or with my wife shopping I always notice these idiots at Sams or Walmart , probably all the stores including Foodlion.
Just a guess , 90% of all the people who are illegal seem to be perfectly well and able to walk and run. It's sickening to see the abuse , Salisbury and it's neighborhoods are worse than I've ever seen. Pecan Square is fascinating to watch , they park on the curb in the fire lane to shop. Too lazy to walk 20 steps to the parking lot.
Of course the reason they do it , there isn't any enforcement , none.
Another problem is people using HC placard intended for older parents or grandparents and they think it's okay to use when they're parking.
Nice premise but no thought was put into doing this. So you "GET" the person parking in the handicap spot. What do you think happens once that person gets to their car? Do you think they just put those pieces of paper in the trash? NO! Trash goes everywhere. Who picks that up? Nobody. Thanks for about 1000 counts of littering. A-holes. You had a laugh but now who is the bigger jerk? Its hard to tell really.
It would be easier and cleaner to just use cornstarch and water.
So misguided and they don't see it. Put some thought into your actions and civil disobedience. They may have handled one problem but they created a bigger one with all the trash. Dont just run around like monkeys creating more problems for other people to clean up.
