I realize that it is not politically correct, but I believe too many handicapped parking spaces, too many electric carts, and too many handicapped parking tags are available. Too many people are taking advantage of the system, which by the way, always happens when the government offers a new entitlement. As an example I knew a double amputee who refused a handicapped badge. I have also seen way too many people with jacked up trucks with handicapped tags. The government should perform a realistic study on this and make appropriate changes.
Please keep the government out of this mess ,that's why we are in it in the first place.
When I see someone pull into a handicap spot , I tell them or ask them who is handicapped. Give em hell !!

In my definition it's shaming society into NOT speaking our minds! We have the Freedom of Speech liberty and we should use this!
The "Americans for disabilities Act" was one of the worst pieces of legislation to ever be imposed on America.
