Any area where there is a large population of black people those numbers are always higher.
CVS rebuilt to accommadate the next round.
When I leave Baltimore during the rush hour,I don't see the last commuter stop until I get to Cambridge.Thousands of employees who work in Baltimore live on the Eastern Shore. That speaks for itself, because when they are hired the employers would rather hire staff who live 2 hours away than those living 10 minutes away in Baltimore.
