Maryland's Medical Cannabis Commission reports nearly 1,100 applications for licenses for the state's medical marijuana program.
According to figures released this week, the vast majority of the license applications, 811, were submitted for dispenser licenses. The commission says many dispenser license applicants submitted more than one application for different senatorial districts. State regulations prohibit that.
According to the commission's figures anywhere from seven to 30 applications were submitted in each senatorial district.
The state will only award a maximum of two dispensary licenses per senatorial district, for a total of 94 statewide.

A human being is addiction oriented. What a great idea this would be if it only stopped with what it was intended to be.Expect heroin overdoses to increase,as well as overdoses from other hard drugs.
Thanks for the advice Nancy Reagan.
Why should we expect those things?
