Narrative: On 11/5/2015 at approximately 9:34 PM the Berlin Barrack received a call for a motor vehicle collision at MD Rt. 610 and Murray Rd in Whaleyville, Worcester County, MD.  Troopers responded and found that two vehicles had collided head on.  One of the vehicles, a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta driven by Pamela Miller (55) of Bethel, DE was overturned with Miller trapped inside the
vehicle.  Troopers also discovered that the other vehicle, a 1995 Ford Probe had 4 occupants that were trapped in the vehicle.  That vehicle was driven by Victoria Jeen Dill (18) of Selbyville, DE.  Dill also had 3 passengers identified as Bryan Michael Crippen (25) of Berlin, MD, a male juvenile (16) of Frankford, DE and a female juvenile (16) of Salisbury MD.  

Investigation revealed that Victoria Dill was driving a 1995 Ford Probe on MD Rt. 610/Whaleyville Rd when she crossed the center line for unknown reasons and struck a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta driven by Pamela Taylor Miller.  Miller’s vehicle left the roadway and overturned in a ditch.  Dill’s vehicle remained in the roadway with heavy front end damage.  All of the vehicle’s occupants needed to be extracted from the vehicles by fire and EMS personnel.  Both drivers as well as the 3 passengers were transported to PRMC in Salisbury for injuries sustained in the crash.  Dill was charged with Failure to Drive Right of Center, Negligent Driving and Reckless Driving.
