So, do the students get refunds and reimbursement for all their wasted time?
You are in charge. Ever think about addressing these problems before this situation arose. Instead of firing those responsible I suppose they will all get promotions and raises.
Apparently one of the university's "core values" (used 3x in missile) is ignoring directives from accreditation commissions.
Maybe the department head was throwing eggs at cars and other houses like the dept. head for pharmacy was?
All of umes needs to lose accreditation. Most students are only passed to get them back to bmore.
To bad for the students that didn't know the program has been in and out of probation for years now. They only took the accreditation from them cause it's an African American historic school. Lol I can't wait to here which bogus allegations get thrown around.
So I guess the 'Affirmative-action' version of Physician Assistant training isn't going to work out.
I think UMES is basically a degree mill. The people I've encountered who went there didn't seem very well educated. But it might be unrealistic to expect very much from colleges that are set aside specifically for people whom liberals think cannot make it through a normal college degree program.
If you UMES students really think that Black Lives Matter, why don't you demand a quality education from these people, instead of a pat on the head and a worthless degree.
This is of no surprise at all. UMES is fraught with a lack luster attitude, racial preferences, entitlement mentality and not knowing what being on time means. There will me more programs failing to meet requirements in the near future, I am certain of it. Have had several acquaintances, friends and co-workers either taking single classes, in a program (i.e engineering) or actually employed there and they all state that even something as simple as starting class on time is totally a foreign concept to them. And I dare anyone to argue, UMES is full of "those who can't... teach."

Keep in mind, they never sent me a LATE PAYMENT notice from PRMC. First of all, it wasn't LATE. Secondly, it seems to me this is a SCAM. No late payment notice and it was sent to collections?
This is one reason why I keep SBYNews going. You're NOT going to hear something like this in your local MSM. These things need to be brought to every one's attention.
Together we expose it, educate the public that this is going on and YOU get to come on here and express YOUR experiences. It then becomes a topic of discussion among friends and family.
This is what happened when I started exposing crime 10 years ago. NO ONE knew how bad it was. The media kept it covered up and the next thing we knew it was being discussed so much it FORCED the local media to start exposing it.
However, in this case, businesses like PRMC are BIG advertisers with them, so we may never see any of these stories in print or over the air.
I guess this is what makes ME the Anti Christ of local Media, because I'm willing to expose them and stand up to them. What are they going to do, SUE ME? I think not. Are they going to send their local Chamber of Commerce people after me like they have in the past demanding I stop publishing such articles? I'll simply say, HOW'S IT WORKING FOR YOU?
All you see is, TOP 100 in the Country. FLUFF pieces.
Let me remind you about this as well. The City of Salisbury SOLD the Ambulance Transportation Billing to the Council committing to billing each customer/patient THREE times. IF the bill wasn't paid the City would write it off. FUNNY how that changed without your knowledge and now ALL people are sent to collections. Here's the bad part. They're going after the very people who just cannot afford to pay the bill, MINORITIES. The City is purposely destroying their own citizens and their credit. They bring them down to the lowest level so the ONLY thing they can afford to rent, (because of bad credit) is a slumlord property.
Salisbury is lead by LIBERALS who will eat their young. But they'll plant a Playground in their community just before an election or promise them a new school just to get reelected. "It was your election to lose".

It would take an act of the legislature to get rid of somebody there, and even then there would be a lawsuit.
Feel free to stop by the class I teach at UMES. But be on time because I begin at the exact second. And bring along a bucket because I will make your weak and prejudiced brain melt from the knowledge I impart.
So...exactly what class do you teach, erudite one?

I notice the erudite one hasn't gotten back to us.
I remember going to the PA programs open house prior prior to accepting applications and that was one racist powerpoint presentation with it's red,black and green colors. Not to mention the bone jewelry and african garb the program director was wearing. I never could figure out why an American would want a bone through her ears and dress like they were Queen of the Jungle. She pretty much said whites need not apply.
The ARC-PA told UMES they weren't going to continue the accreditation program according to the first paragraph, but last paragraph says that UMES will rebuild the program. I don't think they will be getting their program back even though they feel they are entitled.
Well that explains a lot considering the quality of PA's in this area.
Dr. Bell is just another in a long list of UMES leaders that is unwilling to bring the educational standards up to the rest of the country. Students are served up a sub standard education that leaves them wholly unprepared for the real world. All for the price they would pay at any other school. This is nothing more than theft. They steal money from the government and the students without benefit of fair value in return.
You're absolutely correct. The pharmacy program won't be far behind. That program is a disaster as well.
