You should see some of the pictures that women use for their linkedin profile. Exposed cleavage, pouty faces, glam photos....totally unprofessional. They will never be taken seriously.
I liked it better when the social/professional or whatever media did not yet exist.Anything that can be productively used can also be destructively used as well.It's become creepy and dangerous and uncontrollable.
