When a trailing motorcyclist confronted the car driver after the collision, telling him what happened to his friend, the driver’s response — several times — was, “I don’t care.”
And it was all caught on the trailing motorcyclist’s helmetcam, a video that’s been viewed on Facebook nearly 1.5 million times.

If the motorcyclist had been obeying the rules, the jerk would not have had the opportunity to hit him...

Your an idiot. Can't take the law in your own hands. This guy said he dosent care. He will care once charged with attempted murder by vehicle or assult with a deadly weapon. Hell cops can kill over this and if they don't its attempted murder against a cop. No difference. If that was a motorcycle cop doing this, which they do with out lights on just as the cruisers, it definitely be a huge deal.

and you are a jerk too. technically, the bike should not have passed, BUT the old man was doing 40 in a 60 zone, and the bike(S) could pass safely.
Until the old man decided to swat them like a fly.
Something bad is going to happen to that old man.
(I won't even mention that you can pass on double yellow in some states, but TX isn't one of them)

The car driver has been charged with assault....and was/is a jerk!
The motorcyclist should be charged with improper passing - or whatever violation is appropriate...and was/is an idiot for trying to pass in a no passing zone.
The motorcyclist stupidity coupled with the car drivers attitude caused this accident.
Don't blame one or the other - blame them both!
Some of you need some remedial english.....some of you need to learn to take responsibility for your own actions!
