Idiot. This is long before Obama Care. For decades we've been fed the old lines of " feed the children " mostly in other countries. Never. Not once should we feed any other country until every single American is fed. Most of the supplies sent out of country are only taken by war lords and help feed terrorists. For only a dollar a day you can support Isis!
