Despite stabilizing their growth rate by percentage over the past fifteen years, their total population has increased linearly over the past several decades. It's currently well over 1.4 billion.
They must need more workers for the mines, the factories, and their army.
Meanwhile, back in the U.S., white births are down to 1.2 children per married couple. This isn't enough to sustain the white population.
