Sources told FOX59 that Fogle will accept a plea deal.
The US Attorney's office is planning to hold a press conference to discuss the deal on Wednesday, according to the report.
The report comes after the FBI raided Fogle's Zionsville, Indiana home last month.
Fogle's attorney, Ron Elberger, has not responded to a request for comment on this story.
The FBI declined to comment on the alleged charges.

A sad end to what was a promising career. Many looked up to him as a role model. I guess money and power always corrupt.
money and power did not lead him to child porn. that seed / sickness has been there for many years. $$ just allowed him to have a nice home & car, and just famous enough to make the news when his sickness was discovered.
Promising career? He hocked subs for a living. And, it's well known he used to sell porn when he went to college in Indiana(?).

The Real Sad part of this story is that some of these Girls were 15/16/17 years old and as we know many girls these days start having sex at around age 12-13 and I only wonder where these Girls Parents were during these times as they were texting him back and forth and arranging meetings with him in hotels and be gone for hours and or al night or weekends and getting paid money and then hooking other Girls with him for money ?? Not saying it was still right ..but face it these girls today grow up fast and the parents on most part have nothing to do in there lives and they go looking for Love in al the wrong places and then this happens and someone like him grabs them and pays them and they feel okay with it ???

11:33 is right. Less than 50 years ago, it wasn't uncommon for girls to get married at 15 or 16. You get jailed for that now.
