The 17-year-old left home with her 6-month-old therapy dog, a black terrier named Bear, O'Donnell said in a statement on her website Tuesday. She had stopped taking medication for an undisclosed mental illness and "is in need of medical attention," the statement said.
"Chelsea, like millions of people, lives with mental illness," family spokeswoman Cindi Berger said. "It has been a difficult road for Chelsea and her family, and they just want her back safe."

Rosie O has NO business being a mother. She is a hateful evil wicked person and any child under her watch is not ever ever going to fare well. It would be a travesty if this young lady is found and thrown back in the grotesque realm of the Rosie world.
She probably went back to her biological mother who she has been reaching out to for awhile now. A few months ago, the bio mother was claiming to the tabloids that she was high on drugs when she signed away her parental rights and Rosie knew she was in no condition to sign but took the child anyway.
I bet she has a mental illness after living in Rosies lesbo house. With her anger issues this kid probably left for her own good.

Update is the girl has been found and is safe. Whenever this happens, if the child is an innocent, just pray for their safe return and leave it at that.
