Incident: WCSO Warrant Arrests

Date of Incident: 28 July 2015

1.      On 28 July 2015 a deputy arrested Da’Kyrin Dontrez Farrare, 19 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The Warrant was issued after Farrare failed to appear for an Assault 2nd Degree case. Farrare was detained without bond.









2.      On 28 July 2015 a deputy arrested Anjoli Annabell Mathews, 24 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Mathews violated the terms of his probation in a Burglary case. Mathews was detained without bond.








3.      On 28 July 2015 a deputy arrested Victoria Marie Cressell, 43 of Williamsport, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she violated the terms of her probation in a DUI case. Cressell was detained without bond.

Incident: WCSO Warrant Arrests

Date of Incident: 29 July 2015

 1.      On 29 July 2015 a deputy arrested Cameron Neal Burke, 21 of Willards, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Burke violated the terms of his probation in a theft and credit card/identity theft case. Burke was detained without bond.








2.      On 29 July 2015 a deputy arrested Darell Lorenzo Spates, 32 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that was issued after Spates violated the terms of his probation in an Accessory after the Fact case. Spates was detained on a bond of $25,000.00.








3.      On 29 July 2015 a deputy arrested Jeffrey Lyn Smith, 52 of Princess Anne, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he violated the terms of his probation in an Assault 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest case. Smith was detained on a bond of $20,000.00.








4.      On 29 July 2015 a deputy arrested Paula Regina Smith, 48 of Princess Anne, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Smith violated the terms of her probation in a theft case. Smith was detained without bond.

Incident: Possession of Cocaine

Date of Incident: 28 July 2015

Location: Parsonsburg Road, Parsonsburg, MD

Suspect: Zachary Elijah Baker, 19, Parsonsburg, MD

Narrative: On 28 July 2015 at 10:29 PM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Zachary Baker after the deputy witnessed Baker fail to stop for a stop sign. Upon contacting Baker, the deputy detected an odor of alcohol emanating from Baker. The odor, along with other observed physical indicators prompted the deputy to initiate sobriety testing. The deputy placed Baker under arrest for DUI after he performed poorly on the testing.

Post arrest, the deputy recovered a straw from the pants pocket of Baker that still held the remnants of what the deputy identified as cocaine. The deputy also discovered that Baker did not have a driver’s license. Also during processing, Baker refused to submit to a breath test.

The deputy transported Baker to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Baker in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.

Charges:  Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Drugs, Driving Without a License

Incident: Failure to Comply with Peace Order / Harassment

Date of Incident: 29 July 2015

Location: 600 block of Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: John Francis Zajcevski, 45, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 29 July 2015 a deputy arrested John Zajcevski following a complaint that he violated the terms of a Peace Order. According to the complainant in this case, Zajcevski continued to contact her in defiance of the Peace Order that stated Zajcevski was to make no attempts to contact the complaint. According to the complainant, Zajcevski continued to contact her via email after being served with the Peace Order.

Upon arrest the deputy transported Zajcevski to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, bond was set by the Commissioner at $15,000.00. At a bond review the following day, Zajcevski was then held without bond by a District Court judge.

Charges:  Violation of a Peace Order and Harassment
