Great! I am glad to hear a Govener who can reconize a boat when he sees one. Boat (noun) A hole in the water you keep pouring money into!
They'd release them and guess where they'll colonize. Peaceful society, nope.
Governor Hogan can you please shut down ECI! We didn't want it and didn't need it. ECI is the reason the City of Salisbury's Crime rate has exploded in 20 years.
Those female CO's who birthed the babies with the inmates at the jail were all black too. Blacks then wonder why discrimination occurs.
