So now he resorts to extortion? I am not against having a public skatepark but I am definitely against the "mayor's" threatening little letter. Doesn't he have a legal department that can proofread his communications before he sends them? Or maybe he sends them out in the middle of the night after he gets home from the bar?

Apples and oranges.

Seems like a reasonable request.

Save the political who shot John and just give us a bottom line. When will the skate park become a reality,or are you lobbying for a Pulitzer?

That's not really a request, it's more an ultimatum.

So, where's Phase 1 of the skate park? It's already fully funded, isn't it?
We're waiting for more than the year+ old sign that says it's coming.

This letter is just like the mayor's childish temper tantrum. If I can't play in the sandbox then you're not going to get to play ball with my toys. How freaking stupid he is. Let's get to the real truth and the rest of the story, the skate park which isn't needed at this minute is not free, that's right folks, we the taxpayer's will be footing the bill. We already know we can't believe the council or mayor on this one either.
