Rowlett Police say they have issued an arrest warrant for suspect, whose name will not be released because she is 13.
According to Rowlett Police, the suspect and her guardian are aware of the warrant and have chosen to go into hiding.
Police are taking the search very seriously. A 3-year-old child was caught in the attack and could have been seriously injured.

What flag should be taken down over this? Oh nevermind, it's a poverty stricken neighborhood and she was just expressing her outrage of being held down in society... this video isn't evidence it's data that can be utilized to place the teen in a fight club program free of charge.
Have chosen to go into hiding.
