Evidence ? They don't care about that crap , this woman is on a roll to convict because she is committed after her comments.
Trying to excuse the rioting little boys and girls .
She has to point the finger in the other direction. The children must play .
I only wish they would have stopped this violence with police.
Donta Allen- I didn't "talk to no investigators." I didn't "talk to nobody" immediately followed by "only homicide."
Reminds me of the young lady who right after the riots were quelled claimed right on national television that she saw the "policeman shoot that boy in the back." It never happened.
It has gotten to the point that these people can't be witnesses for anything. Their lying is pervasive.

In one of the state's motions she has accused the defense of going on a "media blitz" 10:31.
How completely untrue but unfortunately she only appeals to the extreme low information person and those who will lie their way through to promote an agenda.
It's really quite sad how they can lie like they do and I too believe this lack of honesty is a major cause of the black communities many social ills.

The Donta Allen (2nd prisoner in van)video is inadmissible hearsay. Allen will be a witness at the trial and if and when he testifies to different facts, the video could be offered by the state or the defendants to impeach him.
Since Allen's already made inconsistent statements he is going to be impeachable in any event either by the prosecution, the defendants or both.
300,000 pieces of evidence is-in plain English BS-without a doubt redundant. A blood stain becomes 15 separate samples....a scuff mark is photographed and all 23 photos are separate pieces of evidence, etc etc.
What is significant is that the prosecutor waited until the last possible moment to release evidence to the defense. This is HIGHLY unusual and is generally deemed to be poor behavior.
Even if he did bang his head around it is because of the white oppression in Baltimore from The Man and the popo. So, it doesn't matter what happened. The cops are guilty and you can't change it. What time is the riot on North Ave and Mount St?
