12:53 you still need to buy the crab nets to catch and pots to cook and gas to drive to a spot. . if you are on a budget its a treat when it can be saved up for but when you go in and see people just come in a whip out those orange independence cards and order 2 or 3 bushels of #1s or jumbos you have to wonder why are you paying all of these taxes.
