Sheriff Shoots Real Estate Agent as She Shows House, Then Walks Away Because 'He’s the Sheriff'

Victor Hill gives no reason as to why or how he shot the real estate agent and simply leaves.

Gwinnett County, GA —
Clayton County Sheriff, Victor Hill, has not been charged with a crime and was allowed to leave the scene after shooting a woman in the stomach on Sunday.

According to Gwinnett County Police Sgt. Brian Doan, Hill accidentally shot a woman at a model home located at 2567 Britt Trail Drive in Lawrenceville at around 7 p.m. Sunday.

The woman Hill shot is in critical condition at Gwinnett Medical Center. She was the real estate agent who was showing the home. How someone can “accidentally” shoot a woman as she shows a house remains a mystery.

When police arrived on the scene they said Hill refused to cooperate with the investigation and did not give a statement nor answer any questions. Citing the fact that he was the sheriff, Hill simply left the scene.

Let that sink in.

I've known women who could make someone want to shoot them, but for a person to actually do it is not right.

Sheriffs in the Deep South are unlike any others.

Yup. That's what all our local Leos claim along with their fan clubs. The people who live in reality know better. Only reason the police are so supported here is because the shore is small and mostly related. In conjunction with the good old boy system.

This sheriff wrong or right was out doing his job. More then I can say for ours! Your right. Them boys down south are unlike others. They work! They patrol! They don't see a camera and run to it like a moth at a light bulb!

She wouldn't do what he asked. Many a female realtor uses "Open House" as an "Open" her legs to make extra cash. The sheriff just wanted a free one.

Why don't YOU try shooting someone and just leave when the police show up, not answering any questions, surrendering the weapon, checking on the status of the citizen you just shot, or explain to the police what happened.
You would be shot dead on the spot. Multiple rounds. By you know who. YOU DO know who would be shooting at you, right?????
I hope this incident makes it clear that there ARE "two sets of laws". In one set, "we, the people" go to prison for violating the law. In the OTHER set (the ones for the Public Masters) NOTHING happens, unless its a promotion, a few weeks paid vacation, or a phony "investigation" that exonerates them.
Maybe the police should be told that "I'm the Sheriff" doesn't mean the Sheriff gets to LEAVE THE SCENE OF A SHOOTING!!
But, then again, they are also aware of the "two sets of laws" thing.
What other explanation is there? I mean, one that's believable.....

More of the same. Cops think they can do what ever they want.Baltimore was just a warm up exercise.
