Examiners have been at Hebron Savings Bank. Lets see what happens. My bet is NOTHING! ! Just wrong-plain wrong!

Lets hope for the best that justice will prevail. He deserves to get what any other person in his position would receive. Maybe more! He played by his own set of rules and that was morally and ethically wrong.

My bet is NOTHING as well. The board is spineless. No direction to do what is right. They are as much at fault as he was. Several of the board knew exactly what he was doing. They profited from his unethical practices. So don't be counting on anything happening. Closed case.

Throw my hat in the ring for NOT. Apparently people don't care and neither does the stockholders. I guess no one is worried about the losses on real estate that effects the bottom line. The man intentionally made the figures to look good for his gain, ie salary, bonus, and bank rating position. As well as being a silent partner in land deals purchased by one of the directors. This is facts not fiction!!

I was at the annual stockholders meeting and the news was all positive not from what was said, but the financials which cannot lie! The problem with being at the top is you're always subject to a few people in places like this who just can't wait to lie about all the problems and all the accounts they have and are going to close up! Good riddance as a stockholder who cares about the bottom line take your money and leave we will see if they open Monday after you pull your fortune out! My bet is yes they will and your money or attitude won't be missed. Customers with complaints ask for a manager and file a complaint. In case you haven't noticed the Eastern Shore has a little job problem the last several years and all, but a handful love and appreciate their jobs. Hebron Savings pays well, provides good benefits and employees 130 people at 12, soon to be 13, branches and will be adding on to the administrative offices in Hebron this year with adjacent property already purchased and the permitting process underway. The examiners by the way will be back that's what they do at all banks! If I was a potential employer and met some of the people that have complained about and offered inside, but inaccurate information on this employer I wouldn't open a business in Wicomico County if they rolled out the red carpet! Do you know what potential employers do when they are considering an area for expansion? It's called Google and they read popular news sources to get a feel for the area and the news here lately has not been to good thanks to a few of you!

Hebron Savings Bank is a great bank.

It clearly wasn't Greg that wrote 5:01 Mr./Mrs. 5:49 and I'm glad somebody finally said what I've thought about as I've read the older post regarding HSB.

If the Banking Commission found anything.....the Bank won't have any options as to what happens....outta their hands

And I have no problem believing that anyone who says "biotches" has 7 accounts anywhere, let alone works hard for their money.

5:01 you are so full of crap. I guess the delinquency figures were great. They should be, bogus ratios. Lets see where they stand in about 6 months when the people he gave more money to could not pay. Do you think they are going to be able to pay now. NO! ! He has lined his pockets with other peoples misfortune. Hell yeah he needs to be prosecuted. AND a few more along with him. Wake up people and smell the manure that 5:01 is spewing.

I certainly hope the Banking Commission has been contacted. Does anyone know? Does anyone have the contact information? It needs to be done and NOW!!

5:01 read up on the most recent indictments on the CFO and another banking officer at the NOW defunct Wilmington Trust Bank who were lead to believe it was standard practice to pad the books and make the stock price look good.

Thank you 8:59. Exactly what I have been saying, Johnson has been padding the books apparently for quite some time. I knew by what I have heard from inside sources at HSB that he was doing just that. Crooked as a snake.

Actually the properties that are in default is 1/2 of what it was in 2013 and the stock price is down so much for cooking the books. It is a publicly traded company you can find out anything you'd like it's very simple. Mrs. "7 accounts" I'm sure you knew this already.
