Imagine that. This poor soul was just walking through the playground and was shot-LOL. Anyone believes this and they are a knucklehead. He knows exactly who shot him and the events leading up to it. This person became a victim due to his own high risk lifestyle and you know he doesn't have a pot to take a leak in and the tax payers will pick up the ER bill.

Damn straight he knows exactly who shot him and why 6:49. You can turn a blind eye to the ways of the streets but I won't. No one knows anything when it involves black on black gun violence but let a white cop shoot a black and they come out of the woodwork like cockroaches ready willing and able to claim they saw the victim putting his hands up or whatever other lie they can come up with to make it look like the victim wasn't doing anything wrong.
