And again...when a republican screws up, they resign. If this had been a democrat, he would have achieved a higher status in the party.
I am a Republican and am happy when we get rid of ANY elected official who is an idiot.
Never resign. Stand up to the mic, cry a little say you're sorry, say you'll pay it back as soon as Al Sharpton pays the 6 million in back taxes he owes.
Then finish with "I was elected to do the work of the people and that's what I'm going to do".
Keep the seat the DOJ is trying to confiscate.
Now prosecute his a$$.
