We make light of this , but , if you read between the lines , Hillary is not in the running for president now.
Obama has a wide open door for his third term , sad , he will win it.
This has been a planned event in his administration .
Relax he won't run for a 3rd term. He cleared the way for o'malley and Liz warren to fight it out (hope that is her name). He wanted Hillary to fail to keep the political power in Chicago and to "his" people.

If for some or any reason , we are engaged in a war or conflict , he can run for a 3rd term , the 22nd amendment won't apply.
As a matter of fact , he may not even have to run , his term could just be extended.
Contrary to 8:22's incorrect claim, the 22nd Amendment is short, sweet and to the point.
Two terms elected as president, or One term elected if serving more than 2 years of another elected president's term.
Congress passed it in 1947 and the required number of states ratified it in just under 4 years.
For rusty history folks: FDR was elected to 4 terms but died shortly after 4th term started in early 1945. His VP, Truman, served the rest of that term and ran successfully for election in 1948.
22nd Amendment language would have permitted Truman to run again, as a unique, explicitly stated exception, in 1952. He chose not to run in 1952.
There is no language for it to be suspended or superseded.
So under the Constitution, Obama is out of this job on January 20, 2017.
That is truly scary 8:22am
He also misunderstood the word "harass".Many times at that.
