  • * AREAS AFFECTED: EASTERN SHORE OF VIRGINIA AND MARYLAND.
  • * HAZARDS: SNOW... SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.
  • * ACCUMULATIONS: UP TO ONE INCH OF SNOW AND SLEET... THE SLEET WILL COMBINE WITH FREEZING RAIN TO PRODUCE A THIN COATING OF ICING ON ROADS AND ELEVATED SURFACES.
  • * TEMPERATURES: 28 TO 32 DEGREES.
  • * WINDS: NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 20 MPH.
  • * TIMING: THROUGH MIDDAY TODAY.

Here's a hint for safety, SLOW DOWN. 1/2 of shore folks don't get it, hence the panic.
