Jury selection for the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, accused in the Boston Marathon bombing, begins Monday. Those chosen from a pool of about 1,200 will decide whether Tsarnaev planned and carried out the twin explosions that killed three people and injured more than 260 near the finish line of the race on April 15, 2013. If they find him guilty, they will decide whether he should be put to death.

To the 2 commenters above, you are sheeple, there is soo much proof that he is innocent, I will just give you a few 1.Ask yourself WHY was there a bombing drill being conducted at the very same time, place that the marathon was going on, 2.There are pics of the two brother's having one kind of back packs prior to the bombs going off that did NOT match the ones found at the scene nor in the pic does it show that their backpack look to be carrying a pressure cooker, 3. Both brothers worked for the CIA, and what happens to you when you don't want to comply with the CIA anymore, they set you up and do away with you. Shall I go on
