GREAT but if the Officers demand u to roll down ur window and u refuse. Can't they lock you up then and charge you with refusing a lawful order of a police officer ????

Depends on who you ask! As of last Monday mack your fourth amendment rights were taken. It depends on how the cop writes his report I.e. lies , any video and how the stop is conducted.
And I would then have one hell of a shoot out with your arse. I'm betting I'm the better shot!
